The platform features separate portal roles for clients, artisans, and admins, a real-time messaging system with order/product references, and a complete financial ledger for commissions, escrow hold periods, and payouts. Built with a rich developer ecosystem including payment simulations, coupon engines, and automated shipping workflows.
